Manuscript Submission Requirements
Samgynanam Journal welcomes original, high-quality scholarly works that contribute to the advancement of multidisciplinary knowledge. To ensure an efficient and ethical review process, authors must adhere to the following submission requirements:
1. Types of Submissions
We accept the following categories of manuscripts:
- Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Short Communications
- Case Studies
- Perspectives / Opinions
- Book Reviews
2. Originality and Authorship
- Manuscripts must be original contributions that have not been published previously, nor are under consideration by any other journal.
- All authors listed must have made a significant intellectual contribution, participated in writing or revising the manuscript, and approved the final version
- .Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate submissions, or fabricated data will result in immediate rejection and potential reporting to the authors’ institutions.
3. Ethical Compliance
- Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must include ethical approval details, the issuing institution, and consent statements where applicable.
- Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise.
- Studies involving AI, data mining, or sensitive datasets must follow global research and privacy guidelines.
4. Manuscript Format
Authors should prepare manuscripts in clear academic English following these requirements:
- Format: DOC/DOCX or PDF
- Word Count: Usually 3,000–6,000 words (depending on article type)
- Title Page: Title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author email
- Abstract: 150–250 words
- Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords
- Main Text Structure:
- Introduction
- Methods / Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References: APA, MLA, or discipline-appropriate format
- Tables and Figures: Numbered sequentially with captions
5.Figures & Tables
- Submit high-resolution images
- Each table/figure should include a clear title and caption
- Refer to all tables/figures in the main text
6. Language
- Manuscripts should be written in clear, grammatically correct English, Telugu, or Hindi. More languages may be accepted in the future.
- Authors may seek professional language-editing services if needed.
7. File Uploads
- Attach the main manuscript file
- Include supplementary files (datasets, appendices, graphics) if necessary
- Ensure images and figures are high resolution (minimum 300 DPI)

Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers play an essential role in maintaining the scholarly quality and ethical standards of Samgynanam Journal. Reviewers are selected based on expertise and are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:
1. Impartial and Objective Evaluation
- Reviewers must assess manuscripts solely based on academic merit, originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and relevance.
- Personal bias, professional rivalry, or ideological preferences must not influence the review.
2. Confidentiality
- Manuscripts under review are strictly confidential and may not be shared, discussed, or used for personal advantage.
- Reviewers must delete all manuscript files after completing the review.
3. Constructive Feedback
- Feedback should be clear, respectful, and detailed enough to help authors improve their work.
- Comments should identify strengths, weaknesses, methodological issues, and areas for revision.
- Reviewers should avoid vague or overly brief reports.
4. Timely Review
- Reviewers should complete evaluations within the assigned timeframe (typically 2–4 weeks).
- If unable to review, they must promptly notify the editorial office.
5. Ethical Conduct
- Reviewers must report concerns such as plagiarism, duplicate publication, data manipulation, or improper ethical approvals.
- Reviewers must declare any conflict of interest, including financial, institutional, personal, or collaborative relationships with the authors.
Ethical and Peer-Review Policies
Samgynanam Journal operates under strict ethical guidelines based on COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) principles to ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity in scholarly publishing.
1. Ethical Standards
- All submissions undergo plagiarism screening before review.
- Authors must follow ethical research guidelines related to human subjects, animal welfare, informed consent, and data security.
- Misconduct such as plagiarism, falsification, fabrication, or improper authorship will result in rejection and potential institutional communication.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review Process
The journal follows a double-blind review system:
- Authors’ identities are concealed from reviewers
- Reviewers’ identities are concealed from authors
3. Editorial Independence
- Editors evaluate manuscripts independently, without external influence.
- Decisions are based solely on academic merit, research quality, and journal relevance.
4. Transparency and Record Keeping
- The journal maintains secure records of review reports, decisions, and revisions.
- All versions of a manuscript (submitted, revised, accepted) are archived.
5. Corrections and Retractions
- Corrections may be issued for honest mistakes.
- Retractions are published for misconduct or invalid results.
- Expressions of Concern may be added when investigations are ongoing.
